I write and speak about organizational development, ethics, leadership, employee engagement, values and vision, and professional development. I also am a coach and consultant.

I have a masters degree from St. Edwards University in Organizational Leadership and Ethics. I am also an adjunt professor at St. Edwards. Before starting my consultancy, DiaMind Consulting, I worked in interactive marketing. Before that, I was an opera singer.

My music career taught me a lot about creativity, perseverance, and self-expression. Interactive marketing helped me become a good innovator, problem solver, and collaborator. Being a consultant and coach allows me to use my talents to help other people find and work from their core values, create great workplaces, and be valuable community members.

As people gain a deeper understanding of what drives them, they can contribute their unique talents to the world in a way that expresses their core values. I believe that self-awareness and compassion are key to creating successful, sustainable, and ethical workplaces.

I live in Austin, Texas with my husband, daughter, and two crazy terriers. I love photography, belly dancing, yoga, cooking, writing, and reading.
